By applying for and accepting a grant from Helping Hands, you agree Helping Hands shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you or a third party as a result of the donation.  You waive all claims and release Helping Hands, its donors, affiliates and officers from and against any loss, cost of damage including attorney fees relative to this donation.
